Ever said something similar? We all have at one time or another, and it reflects a basic element of human nature. No one likes to pay more than the perceived value of a product or service and if possible, we prefer to pay less.

Unfortunately, slick marketers know this and have hijacked the pizza industry, confusing and abusing consumers to the point that many customers can no longer discern the true value of a product or service.

After nearly 10 years of pizza making, I've finally come to realize the secret of our success.....loyal customers!  It always has been and always will be customer loyalty.

This loyalty is based on commitment to a quality product, personalized service, and  business integrity that we don't take for granted.   Our loyal customers expect and deserve exceptional product quality and service delivered at a fair and reasonable price. Our loyal customers are typically more savvy than "special" customers and prefer value (a function of quality, quantity, and price) to the lure of "special" prices.
